Electrochemical devicesAQUADEZ - a device to decontaminate water in field conditions (army, regions of disasters, expeditions into regions difficult of access). Demonstrates the maximal capacity possible in decontaminating fresh water from surface water sources, including bog water, with minimal power consumption and under the most unfavorable working conditions. AQUATRON - a device to produce N type electrochemically activated neutral anolyte with a high specific content of oxidants operated using ISDE technology (ion-selective diaphragm electrolysis), capable of continuous operation for several days in industrial conditions with short breaks to clean electrochemical reactors. AQUACHLOR - a device fitted with RPE electrochemical reactors consisting of FEM-7 flow-through electrolytic modules for the production of aqueous solution of oxidants – mainly chlorine, chlorine dioxide and ozone – from source 200 - 250 g/l sodium chloride solution. The oxidant solution is meant for decontaminating water supplied to major consumers such as water purification plants, hydraulic works, sewage liquid decontamination systems, and large swimming pools. The consumption by AQUACHLOR device of sodium chloride contained in source solution is 98 - 99 %. ALLIGATOR - a device for decontaminating and conditioning of swimming pool water by synthesizing antimicrobial components directly from swimming pool water using no source reagents such as, for instance, common salt. In the process of the device operation hardness salts are gradually removed from swimming pool water. BASEX - a device for increasing bio-compatibility of hemodialysis solutions by non-reagent regulation of pH and redox values of water purified for hemodialysis allowing to bring to normal arterial pressure in hemodialysis centers’ patients, rule out dermatoses and make patients more comfortable during the hemodialysis procedure. EMERALD - an electrochemical device for purification of fresh water from microorganisms of all species and forms, heavy metal ions and harmful organic compounds. The purification technology consists of definitely alternating stages of water treatment in active cells (RPE flow-through electrochemical module reactors made up of combined FEM-3 cells, or individual FEM-3 cells), and passive cells (catalytic, flotation, electrokinetic reactors; reactors for micro-electrophysical water treatment). Depending on water characteristics and the nature of impurities various technological purification processes are employed which differ in the sequence of water treatment stages, their type, number and intensity. OXYMED - a device for producing ANK type electrochemically activated anolyte with a high specific content of oxidants combining RPE-03 reactors including FEM-3 modules and RPE-07 reactors including FEM-7 modules that allows, using RPE-03 reactors, to change water structure in the process of its electrochemical conditioning and provide the best conditions of dissolution and stabilization of gaseous phase during introduction of humid gaseous mixture of oxidants generated by RPE-07 reactor from 50 - 150 g/l sodium chloride solution. OXYTRON - a device meant for producing 10 to 50 g/l sodium hypochlorite solution using ISDE technology (ion-selective diaphragm electrolysis), with common salt consumption 1.7 - 1.8 kg per 1 kg of active chlorine and power consumption ranging from 2.0 to 2.5 kWh per 1 kg of active chlorine. REDOX - a device for purification and sterilization of artificial kidney dialyzers for the purpose of reusage using catholyte with ðÍ over 9 (Ê type) as a washing agent and acid anolyte with ðÍ below 5 (À type) as a sterilizing one. RENOFILTER- a device for purification and sterilization of artificial kidney dialyzers for the purpose of reusage using ANK type electrochemically activated neutral anolyte as a washing and sterilizing agent. STEL - an electrochemical device to produce electrochemically activated solutions – anolyte and catholyte – from fresh or low-mineralized water with a content of chlorides less than 5.0 g/l, which is used for the production of environmentally friendly washing, disinfectant and sterilizing solutions for health care facilities, food industry, agriculture and public utility companies. ECOCHLOR- a commercial modular compact device for synthesis of gaseous chlorine and concentrated (150 - 170 g/l) sodium hydroxide solution, with the capacity of one module up to 2.0 kg/h of gaseous chlorine and the dry sodium chloride consumption being 3.4 – 3.5 kg/h per 1 kg of chlorine produced. ENDOSTERIL- a device for disinfection, pre-sterilization cleansing and sterilization of endoscopes using ANK electrochemically activated neutral anolyte. |
