On the antibacterial activity of the neutral anolyte ANK generated in the STEL devices manufactured by Joint-Stock Company "NPO Ekran".
From the Federal State Scientific Institution "Research Institute of Disinfectology" (FGUN NIID of the Russian Consumer Inspectorate) to the General Director of the Joint-Stock Company "NPO Ekran" B.I. Leonov dated 3rd March 2006 #1-01/167.
Director of the "Reasearch Insitute of Disinfectology" , member of the Russian Academy of Medical Science M.G. Shandala :
"… this is to certify that virucidal activity of the electrochemically activated disinfectants (anolytes generated in the STEL devices), confirmed by the State Registration in the Russian Federation, testifies its' disinfectant activity regarding all known human viruses-pathogens including viruses of enteral and parenteral hepatitis , AIDS, poliomyelitis, adenoviruses, SARS virus, human influenza and birds' flu H5N1, herpes etc."
